Rider front wheel

Good wheel, spring loaded for bumpy terrain. A larger diameter however and bolts wouldn't be in puddles and snow as much. I believe that led to the rust, then breaking and needing replacing. They are easy on and off, therefore I will be taking them off more often than before for cleaning.
